This allows maintaining company information that is used through out the application.  Each area is described in detail below.  


Important: After changes are made, click the Save button in the upper left hand corner(as shown with the red arrow) to commit the changes to the application.


Current Sales Year  

By changing the sales year, any customer orders or dealer inventory information will be recorded for that sales year.  Any orders not for the current sales year that were previously entered will become read only.

Company Information        

This screen allows the user to maintain the company name, address, phone number and email address.  This is used in various areas of the application and on some reports.

Plot Conversion Factors

These are used to convert plot results to a specific moisture.

Payment Recipients

By default, invoices will display a message at the bottom showing the dealer name and address for making payments.  If payments should not be made to the dealer, alternative recipients and addresses can be added and then selected when completing the order.

Seed Sources  

These are used in the Product Shipments found under the Features menu and the dealer booking section on the Inventory screen found under the Dealer menu.  A seed source is simply where product can originate from.  


Seed source information can be edited by clicking on the item in the list.  The properties window (as shown below) will be displayed allowing the user to edit name and address information.  Seed sources can be restricted to the district level, meaning that unless the check box for the district is checked, it will not be available for users in that district.  If the region check box is checked, all districts in that region will be able to select that seed source.


Note: At a minimum, a Name is required to create a seed source.


       


Seed sources can be limited to specific districts by checking the appropriate check boxes on the Availability tab.
