Logging into eSMS

You will be sent your log-in information from your system administrator.


After you have received your log-in information, navigate to the eSMS portal with a web browser and you will see the following:



Enter you user name in Username field (1) and password in the Password field (2).  If you are using a private computer, your credentials can be cached so you don't have to log in every time.  To cache your credentials, check the Keep logged in? check box (3).  Next, click the Log-In button.  


If you entered your information correctly, you will be logged in and taken to where you last were or to the customer screen if this is the first time using eSMS on this computer.


Sales Managers will see the following message the first time they log in or clear the cache from the browser.


If you did not enter your username and password correctly, you will see the following:



Try re-entering your username and password, if you continue to see the message, you can click Forgot your password? to reset your password.



Enter the email address that your account was setup with and click Reset.  You will be sent a link via email with instructions on how to reset your password.
