The System Administrator role allows a user to maintain the information found under the Admin menu. This contains much of the information that eSMS needs to function. This controls how to display information to the users and how reports are summarized. This is generally reserved for a couple of users.
IMPORTANT: Areas such as products and discounts should not be changed in the middle of the sales season without thorough consideration of the impacts to the system.
