System requirements

eSMS has the following system requirements to operate:

• Internet access
• Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Apple OS X 10.8, Apple OS X 10.9
• Screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater
• The current or immediately previous version of Internet Explorer or Firefox, or the latest version of Chrome or Safari.
• PDF reader

Each eSMS portal has two instances:

1. A production instance which is available at https://companyname.esmsportal.com
2. A test instance which is available at https://test.esmsportal.com/companyname

The test instance can be used for training and testing functionality including custom reports.  This minimizes the impacts on your production environment.
