Edit Profile

The Edit profile screen allows you to maintain information about you.

Important: Your username is a read-only field.

The Save button is used to commit any changes.  If the information was saved successfully, the confirmation message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

The user profile consists of the following areas:

• User Name - The user name is not editable.
• Password - Must be re-entered in the Confirm Password field in order to change the password.
• Contact Information - Name, address, phone number and email.
• Default CC addresses - This will automatically send a copy of any email sent from eSMS to these addresses.
• Default Invoice Email Message - This is the template used to create invoice email messages.  To reset the message, simply clear the contents of the field and press the Save button.
• Default Statement Email Message - This is the template used to create statement email messages.  To reset the message, simply clear the contents of the field and press the Save button.
